BloomSixteen online store return & exchange policy

Please get in touch with us within 14-days of delivery, and review the Return and Exchange Policy below for details. This policy is only applicable to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For the return policy outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, please refer to the Order Notes for Customers Outside of Hong Kong below.
Return and exchange policy
Please send your return request to marketing@bloomsixteen.co and provide us with the following information.
- Order number and purchase date
- Product(s) name and quantity that is to be returned
- Photo of returned product(s)
- Reason for the return or exchange
We will follow up as soon as we receive your return notification and confirmation. In case of damaged, defective or incorrect products delivered, please contact us immediately. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), BloomSixteen will evaluate and contact the customer(s) to arrange an exchange or refund.
Notes:
- To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused and unopened and in the same condition as the product(s) you received. It must also be in its original packaging with its label. You will also need to show a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the return is requested based on personal reason, the postal/shipping fee shall be borne by the customer(s).
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s) found upon receiving, please contact us immediately.
- Any returned and unused products purchased on BloomSixteen online store must be returned to us within 14 days from delivery. Full refunds for online orders will be processed by BloomSixteen.
- REFUNDS: Upon the arrival of the returned product(s), we will check if the product(s) meets the requirements of returns and refunds. Please allow 20 business days for the Refund process after approval. Refunds (excluding delivery fee and gift packaging fee) will be made to the original form of payment. The time to post the credit would be subject to the actual lead-time of the issuing bank; please contact the issuing back for details.
- EXCHANGE: If for any reason the customer(s) is not entirely satisfied, you may contact us to return any item in its original condition for exchange within 14 business days from delivery. The value of the exchanged product(s) should be equal to the price of the original one(s). If the value of the exchanged product(s) is higher than the original price, the customer(s) is required to pay the difference. Exchanged product(s) will be shipped within 10 business days upon receipt.
- Please note that only one return/exchange request can be made per order.
- BloomSixteen reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.
Exchange or refund will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product was purchased more than 14 days ago.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any discount, clearance or sales product that bloomsixteen.co has already stated as non-returnable.
- Any free gift / sample, and any product that is not purchased on www.bloomsixteen.co.
- BloomSixteen will not accept the return request if the returned product(s) does not meet the above requirements. The returned product(s) will be sent back to the customer(s) and the shipping fee shall be borne by the customer(s).
** Our products are all imported from overseas, the packaging specifications may change regularly. We will do our best to ensure the website information is consistent with the product. If the product packaging specifications are different from the actual product(s), please refer to the actual one(s). In case of any dispute, BloomSixteen reserves the right to make the final decision.
** The above policies are only applicable to the purchases made via BloomSixteen Online Store.
For customers outside Hong Kong
- All products are shipped from Hong Kong. Once the order is shipped out, we will send you an email including a tracking number (shipment waybill).
- Please allow extra time for delivery during public holidays or promotional events. For Hong Kong public holidays, you can refer to this list. For public holidays around the world, please check with your local government website.
- The BloomSixteen Online Store is specially designed for customers purchasing BloomSixteen’s product(s) via the online store, any product sold at www.bloomsixteen.co is for personal use only. Please note that the custom policies may vary from country to country, your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance, BloomSixteen has no control over these charges and is not responsible for duties and/or taxes that arise from the ordered products, or for any loss, delayed or damaged products whatsoever arising in the delivery. Please consider carefully before placing an order. Any purchase made on this site is subject to and governed by the BloomSixteen online store’s Terms and Conditions. By shopping with www.bloomsixteen.co, customers agree and accept the terms. For any enquiries about customs and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information. Due to the high cost of postage, we will not accept requests for refunds or exchanges from overseas customers.
