We ship internationally. Find out all of the details for our shipping options and fees for delivery across China, Hong Kong and Macau.

Please note that when you make a purchase, all the costs including the shipping fee according to your region will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates

Hong Kong:
HK$50 with free shipping for orders over HK$600 (after discount).

China & Macau:
HK$95

International orders:
Please refer to the shipping fee displayed at the payment page.

**The shipping cost listed in the shopping cart/ checkout page is final.

 

Shipping days and schedules

  • Orders are ready to ship within 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. This may vary depending on stock availability.
  • Under normal circumstances, orders will arrive at the shipping address (Hong Kong region only) in 2-3 business days. For remote areas, it might take 3-4 business days.
  • Delivery service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

Order terms

  • Website images are for reference only, and the product packaging may be slightly different from the website images.
  • All orders once successfully made cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
  • PO boxes are not accepted as a shipping address.
  • An order can be delivered to one address only. If a customer requires an order to be sent to multiple addresses, a separate order for each address must be made.
  • Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number (shipment waybill).
  • Order processing and shipping is done only on weekdays (not including public holidays). Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions.
  • If we receive a return package from the courier with the address, contact number or any information provided by the customer as incorrect, the customer will be required to pay the delivery fee again and reschedule the delivery. In the event of multiple undeliverable orders, an order may be cancelled without a refund.
  • Upon receiving your order, please make sure all items are in good condition. If you find damaged, faulty or incorrect items in your order, please contact us via marketing@bloomsixteen.co.
  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) found upon receiving the product(s), please contact us within 14 business days from delivery. Please note that all the accessories and inserts of the defective returned product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging and in accordance with the return policy for returns. For details, please review our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • For any returned products, customer(s) will need to bear the shipping fee. Please contact us via marketing@bloomsixteen.co. before returning the product(s).
  • All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
